HOW CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
When you make a reservation you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation. The mail will state the arrival-and departure date and the total amount to be paid at the reception on the day of arrival. All prices include taxes. When you open the mail you will see a link that you can open to show you your reservation details.
When you select the little icon that says ‘show reservation’ on the bottom part of the page you will find an icon that will enable you to cancel the reservation.
