CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. The client will have to pay the first night if he cancels during the 7 days before arrival.

If the client does not show up he/she will have to pay :

For July and August: 100% of the stay.

Rest of the year: 50% of the stay.

CREDIT CARD DETAILS

The credit card is required to guarantee the reservation, and it is possible that a charge will be made.

OTHER CONDITIONS

The air conditioning and TV remote control require the payment of a deposit of 10 ¤, to be paid in cash at the reception, and will be returned when the client delivers the controls at the reception.

The key to the safe has a deposit of 10 euros plus a rental fee of 2,60 euros per day, for stays of 28 days or longer, the rental fee becomes 2 euros per day.

According to Law 11/2021 published in the BOE on July 09, 2021, the maximum limit of cash payment is set at 1.000 €. Once the client is accommodated and leaves early, for each week left to enjoy, we will charge one day.

We will not accept any modification in the invoice issued by us, for early departure, of any request that occurs both the day before the arrival of the client and the same day of arrival.

It is not allowed the access of people accompanied by pets that exceed 5 kg. Except for people accompanied by guide dogs.
