CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. The client will have to pay the first night if he cancels during the 7 days before the arrival.
If the client does not show up he will have to pay:
For July and August: 100% of the reservation.
Rest of the year: 50% of the reservation.
CREDIT CARD DATA
The credit card is necessary to guarantee the reservation, and a charge may be made.

The air conditioning and the remote control of the t.v. they require the payment of a deposit of € 10, which will be paid in cash at reception, and will be returned when the customer delivers the controls at reception.
The key of the safe carries a deposit of 10 euros plus a rent of € 2.60 per day, for stays of 28 days or more, the rental price passes to € 2 per day.
